如果我把一本书翻译成中文放在博客上，而不出版，也就是不用于商业目的，需要获得原出版者的许可码？原书里有这么一段话：

我英文不好，不过看这段话估计是不行，需要原出版者的书面许可。可是刚才上网搜索了，有人说是如果出版才需要原作者授权。到底何如呢？
