你是不是使用了错误的.net framework 右击你的项目属性看看。

初步估计是引用添加的有问题，删除EatGood.BLL项目中引用的System.Web，然后重新添加，注意不是

.NET Framework Client Profile

  1. Project properties
  2. Click on the Tab Application
  3. In the "Target Framework" drop down, be sure to select ".NET Framework 4" and not the one with the suffix "Client Profile"
