和Java加密的结果不一样,这样调用

AESEncrypt("xinnianhao", "QST201508");

结果是:IYyCCvdgcWPrmEUL+/3bMw== 

java加密后是:B2TwB2WQB6F7nE8hUYOuGw==

SecureRandom random = SecureRandom.getInstance("SHA1PRNG");
random.setSeed(decryptKey.getBytes());

@一行代码定江山: 翻了下之前的代码,发现如果用SHA1PRNG来生成key的话,是不行的(直接是可以的),因为SHA1PRNG oracle有自己的实现,可以查下Sha1prngGenerator

如碰到java与c#加密不相同问题,最好用ikvm把jar包转成dll直接引用,这样能剩好多事
