Windows下装Hadoop出错

java.io.IOException: Could not locate executable D:\cygwin64\home\tfw2302\hadoop\bin\winutils.exe in the Hadoop binaries. at org.apache.hadoop.util.Shell.getQualifiedBinPath(Shell.java:379) at org.apache.hadoop.util.Shell.getWinUtilsPath(Shell.java:394) at org.apache.hadoop.util.Shell.<clinit>(Shell.java:387) at org.apache.hadoop.util.StringUtils.<clinit>(StringUtils.java:80) at org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.common.HdfsServerConstants$RollingUpgradeStartupOption.getAllOptionString(HdfsServerConstants.java:80) at org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.namenode.NameNode.<clinit>(NameNode.java:249)
使用Cygwin64，执行bin/hadoop namenode -format的时候报错，如上。求指教哪里出了问题？
还有在bin文件下没有start-all.sh，只有在sbin下才有，希望有经验的能给出指导。
