换成 windows server 可以解决，参考 Windows Storage Spaces Limitation of 63TB
As the limitation of 63 TB in storage space on Windows 10 is not depended on hardware of file system. It is just the limitation of the operation system. The only way is to use a server to replace the Windows 10 client.

It might be the case that you could use a space that was created on another version of Windows and is larger than 63 TB? I don't know, just a thought to try.
