WPF UI高手进！关于Loaded执行两次的异常问题！

问题描述：本人在改一个棘手的BUG。StartStudyWorkView是个Page，进入该页面时，有时会刷不出任何控件（整个Page都是空的），从日志看，Loaded执行了两次。用StackTrace查调用堆栈，发现两次执行的调用路线稍有不同：

据分析，没有通过Media.MediaContext调用的那次Loaded是导致问题的元凶！

那么问题来了，什么情况下会跳过Media.MediaContext的调用？对WPF UI的机制实在不了解。这个BUG很朦胧，请高手指点。
