signalr连接失败。
服务端和客户端使用不同的项目（跨域）。网页端使用 signalr 。报错 Error during negotiation request
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://localhost:5100/signalr/negotiate?_=1444875291753. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://localhost:27400' is therefore not allowed access.
