安装vs2010旗舰版出问题了，解决不了

之前装过，后来又卸载了，现在vs2010跟vs2015都安装不了(应该是卸载没有卸干净，不想重装系统)，这是安装vs2010旗舰版时出的问题

在控制面板添加删除程序中把跟 VS 相关的安装项都卸载了，包括语言包之类的。
