很明显网络问题啊...你试试修改下npm的代理。可以百度下，怎么配置。
应该是网络设置，今天重新安装，可以了。
后来我安装的gulp，大神有木有推荐的网址进行学习gulp的基本操作，我在网上看到的只是一些基础的
