项目生成的时候出现这个问题，表示很无奈，也去国外论坛看了，基本上是重启VS和重启电脑就可以解决了，但是在我这就是顽症，怎样都无效，有经历过的大神，帮忙看下！
错误 1 The "Message" task was not found. Check the following: 1.) The name of the task in the project file is the same as the name of the task class. 2.) The task class is "public" and implements the Microsoft.Build.Framework.ITask interface. 3.) The task is correctly declared with <UsingTask> in the project file, or in the *.tasks files located in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\14.0\bin" directory. WHClientService

之前猜到是编译这里出了问题，只可以自己是菜鸟，琢磨好久！
1.先把项目卸载了
2.编辑查看XML文件
3.根据比较发现是编译版本问题哈！根据本地其他项目改这个ToolsVersion
