windows下nginx反向代理配置？

1.10.1版本nginx

配置了 nginx的配置

location / {
            root   html;
            index index.html index.htm;
           proxy_pass http://localhost:8080;
        }

但是无反应

也用过server的那种配置方式还是不行不知道愿意忘指点
