官方的给出的正确执行方式为
git clone https://github.com/gilbitron/Raneto.git && cd Raneto && npm install && npm run gulp && npm start
我想你应该没按顺序执行 npm install -> npm run gulp(这个)->npm run start_win

换Centos服务器部署
centos也试过了，是楼上说的原因，可能少执行了gulp，一些css文件没加载。
网站上开发文档不更新害人啊

可能是npm install的时候丢包了吧,在npm install之后根据提示运行 npm audit fix试下
