mysql docker 连接问题

我有两个容器, 一个是mysql, 另一个是 api接口, 他俩在同一个 bridge 网络里面, 相互可以ping 通,用的别名. 但是我的api程序连接数据库的时候连接不上,提示 A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 35 - An internal exception was caught)
我百度了 mysql 错误码 35 , 也没有找到答案,
