今天给同事装IIS，运行http://127.0.0.1测试的时候提示输入用户和密码，输入完了就提示错误如下：
错误 '8002801c'
访问 OLE 注册表的错误。
/iisHelp/common/500-100.asp，行 17
于是我在CMD下执行以下命令：
cd %windir%\system32\inetsrv
rundll32 wamreg.dll, CreateIISPackage
regsvr32 asptxn.dll
当我在第二步是提示加载wamreg.dll时出错.
