The global attribute 'http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace:lang' has already been declared.
我想这个问题在做webservice时肯定有朋友遇见过吧，你们是怎么出来的，搜了很多外国的帖子，大概也试了一下，还是不行，在这里求教高手了。
因为访问没有数据，我登录webservice服务器，查看错误日志，具体如下：

正常的新建service不行吗？

是的，我这边访问 webservice 时没有报错，但是没有数据，查看webservice服务器日志，有这么一个错误。

自己解决了，这个问题实质不是影响数据出来的关键因素， 是因为我连接了21个数据库中一个连接失败影响的。
