IIS Express如何启用Include？

几个静态页面，拟计划通过include指令来实现局部共享，但iisexpress默认是关闭include的。

1、如何通过修改iisexpress的配置文件来解决这个问题？

2、是否可以只通过修改web.config来达成这个目的？又该如何解决？

@519740105: install ii6 ,iis7 ,or iis8 please ,

don't struggle in such small issue , it's not worth to spent too much time
