截取cookie

我在mvc控制器的方法中写入的cookie
HttpCookie mycookie = new HttpCookie("UserSetting");
mycookie["Interid"] = form["InterId"].ToString();
mycookie.Expires = DateTime.Now.AddDays(7);
Response.Cookies.Add(mycookie);
在另外一个方法中读取出来了cookie
HttpCookie cookie = System.Web.HttpContext.Current.Request.Cookies.Get("UserSetting");
但是怎么在方法里面截取cookie字符串呢？（split是不行的）
