在win7下装VS2008的话先安装 Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 可再发行组件包试试

你这个错误主要是1603的错误，按照微软论坛的解释：
1603这个错误只是说某个组件安装出错。照 http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vssetup/thread/c26afc16-0a10-4bc7-9cd2-b26f61d4b5ed这里的方法搜集一下详细日志然后把诊断结果贴出来
