Build .NET 5.0 项目总是报无法连接 api.nuget.org 的错误

今天恢复正常了，出现问题的是阿里云服务器

等，好像背时了。很多人都出现github和vs问题。

清理一下NuGet，
工具-》选项-》NuGet包管理-》清楚所有NuGet缓存，然后从新生成试试
