问题遇到的现象和发生背景

点击运行 vs_Community.exe 后鼠标加载动画出现一会后就没反应了，vs_Community 没有正常启动

操作环境、软件版本等信息

vs_Community.exe 是下载的2022的

尝试过的解决方法

使用 InstallCleanup.exe 尝试清除旧版本（因为以前安装过一次，后来把安装目录手动删除了）然后再运行 vs_Community 即可。但是没用

这是在 C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Temp 产生的日志
