你是硬盘安装还是用虚拟光驱安装的？
按照错误提示，应该是没有那个安装程序。

选择vs_setup.msi是不对的，你autorun.exe文件，他调用的启动文件时setup.exe文件的，所以如果你的不是自动运行(使用虚拟光驱驱动的时候)，那么你可以进入文件夹内运行setup.exe文件进行安装的...
这是电脑重启后自动调用的，那该怎么改呢？

我也是用虚拟光驱装的，因为装VS2010的时候需要重启，有很多虚拟光驱需要重新再载入一下，我的就是手工载入的，如果你的盘符和重启一样，应该没有问题的。
我是把已经安装的跟.NET相关的东西都先卸载再安装就好了
