Sharepoint 中的工作流不能正常启动提示：Failed on Start (retrying)

最近更新一个由Sharepoint designer 2010 开发的 Sharepoint 网站(不涉及Visual Studio)，更新后提交新的request ,工作流不能自动正常启动：提示：Failed on Start (retrying) , 点击进入工作流显示：
| The workflow could not update the item, possibly because one or more columns for the item require a different type of information. | Access Denied |
但是手动启动没有问题，以为是权限问题，遂进行以下更改：
1. 给 System Account 添加Full Control 权限
依然无效，不知大家有什么解决方法没有，多谢！

系统账号貌似自动启动工作流会有问题。
换个普通账号试试。

可能是字段更新时候数据类型不匹配，或者是更新的数据为null 而此列恰好不能为空。
