连接时服务器名用.试试
没有用的，我的数据库实例名是.\SQLSERVER2008R2

看看配置工具里面服务开了吗

1、检查服务器名称是否正确；（可以用选择，别输入）
2、检查sql server服务是否启动；
3、重启电脑试试~
