System.Web.Mvc或者是相关的引用没有添加进来，你仔细检查一下

在你电脑上找到相应的dll（需要拷贝的可能不止一个），拷到服务器上对应web项目的发布目录的bin文件夹下即可。应该是mvc项目publish时引用依赖的bug。或者直接在服务器安装mvc应该也是可以的。

我也碰到过 ，将在引用中找到 System.Web.Mvc 右键 属性 复制本地 设置为 true 发布 替换，就好了。
