installshield 生成安装文件时出现得问题

生成文件时报了以下两个错误，请问有高手帮忙解决吗？先行谢过......
1.ISDEV : error -7104: The destination of the component AllOtherFiles is the GlobalAssemblyCache. The component must contain a key file.
2.ISDEV : error -4075: File not found. An error occurred merging Module 'MDAC27ENU.C9C35FC7_5AEE_4C1E_8BD2_80ED9FA87FFF:1033' for Feature 'DefaultFeature'.
