提示KB2829760VCLP_chs安装失败, 错误码0x80070643
试过通过安装程序清理VS2015语言包无果
不清楚是不是和同一台机器上装的VS2013中文版有关(怕有bug, 比如nuget3的AutoMapper, 不想下载卸载), 但不应该啊, 一直以来VS不是都可以安装多个版本的吗

通过 TU卸载 强制卸载,清理VS2013/2015后已升级成功

感觉我的错误和你有点像，安装倒是安装成功了，就是打不开。vs2015预览版已卸载过，现在电脑上还有一个vs2010，难道要把vs2010卸载掉？
找到RC的语言包, 卸载掉
找不到可以找RC语言包的安装程序, 然后带/Uninstall参数执行
