一般情况下，我会让Base<T>从一个非泛型的类型继承，在其上实现我可能会用到的接口。否则，你上面的例子中就只能用object了。
另外，如果不是必要，你上面的classx都是不必要的。你完全可以通过下面的代码构造这些对象；

foreach (Type t in tys)
{
if (typeof(CT).IsAssignableFrom(t)) // 确定类型是从CT继承的

另外，对于泛型中的静态成员，是针对每一个特定类型有一个实例的。因此，你上面的代码中的Load方法会被调用多次。性能和内存都会有影响。我猜测，你只是需要的到相同泛型参数的那个类型的实例，并缓存下来。因此完全可以写成：
