我写了一个基于webhttpbinding的wcf service，然后再iis上把它发布了，当我想在另外一个web application里面添加对这个service的reference的时候却不行，错误如下：

The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
If the service is defined in the current solution, try building the solution and adding the service reference again.

请问一下，这个是我配置上有问题还是根本就不能添加啊？
